After herniating L4-L5 and L5-S1 I could not walk, stand, or sleep. I CRAWLED in for my appointment and Dr. Elli has been a life saver since day 1. I genuinely do not know what state I would be in if it weren’t for the staff here. I’m eternally grateful for everything they have done for me. 10/10 would recommend.

I want you to realize that you can feel better and heal through Decompression Therapy. Then, there’s no stopping what you can do.
How 3 Common Conditions May Be Helped
Herniated discs:
With this condition, you have the jelly-filled doughnut (the disc or cushion) and through wear and tear and injury, that gel or disc can either fragment or rupture. That disc can enter spaces where the nerves are that it’s not supposed to. The result is that it can cause sharp low back pain, pain in your leg, tingling and numbness.
With non-surgical spinal decompression, we put a patient on the table and specifically target the disc that’s injured. The table gently and safely pulls the discs apart to open up the space between the two bones. This is called a reverse vacuum effect.
Sciatica is an irritation of the sciatic nerve that could be caused by a disc rupture, bulging disc or disc injury. If the doctor determines—through an exam and tests—that spinal decompression may help, here’s how it works: the spinal decompression table will help pull and create space for that disc through intradiscal pressure, which helps take the disc back into its cavity. By doing that, it takes the pressure off the sciatic nerve.
Spinal stenosis:
With this condition, the holes where the nerves come out of are irritated and inflamed. The cause of the stenosis is compression, stress and inflammation. The table would pull apart, decompress and create less stress in the system, and the decompression would relieve a lot of stress off those nerves, alleviating the symptoms.
